Refund & Cancellation Policy
💰 Refunds
We do not offer refunds for change of mind after an order has been placed.
Refunds may be considered if we fail to deliver your order within the stated delivery timeframe, provided the delay is caused by us.
For account-related services, we offer a 90-day guarantee against bans caused directly by our services. If an eligible ban occurs within this period, you may choose:
- A refund, or
- Free re-modding/replacement, where applicable.
❌ Order Cancellations
- Orders cannot be cancelled simply due to a change of mind.
- Once the modding or fulfillment process has started, the order is no longer eligible for cancellation.
- Please ensure you are certain about your purchase before placing an order.
⚠️ Important Notes
- Refunds will not be provided for issues unrelated to our services, including pre-existing account issues, customer misuse, or problems occurring after successful delivery.
- Any eligible refund may take 3–5 business days to process, depending on the payment method.
- Delivery delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control may not automatically qualify for a refund.
