Alternatively, you may choose free re-modding if a ban occurs within the 90-day period.
❌ Order Cancellations
You may request a full cancellation and refund if the order has not been started or fulfilled.
Once the modding process begins, cancellations are no longer eligible.
⚠️ Important Notes
Refunds will not be provided for issues unrelated to our services (e.g., pre-existing account problems, misuse after delivery).
Refund processing may take up to 3–5 business days depending on your payment method.
